		<description>Tim,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great post...don&#039;t forget to take a few deep breaths, hold them for 20 seconds and exhale completely at least 5 times during this exercise.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also, if somebody&#039;s not going to do the action step, they could save themselves a lot of time by just continuing to run around without any focus-LOL.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just kidding.  If all you do is breathe for 15 minutes, you&#039;ll be a lot clearer and focused for whatever you need to accomplish that day.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jeff</description>
